Welcome to The Paper Wishes Co. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

  • All cards are designed by us and printed on premium 6×6 hammered 300gsm card with a white envelope.
  • Please note that some designs are inspired by popular characters or plush toys but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any official brand.

3. Orders

Retail Orders

  • Orders are placed directly through our website (thepaperwishesco.co.uk) or Etsy store.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.

Wholesale Orders

  • Minimum wholesale order: 24 cards (packs of 6 per design).
  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved trade customers with an account.
  • Invoices must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping

  • Retail Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Wholesale Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days depending on order size.
  • Shipping options include Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Free UK shipping is available on wholesale orders over £150.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Retail Customers: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in original condition for a refund. Personalised cards are non-refundable.
  • Wholesale Customers: Faulty or damaged stock must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs and will replace or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. Privacy

  • Any personal information provided will only be used to process your order.
  • We will never sell or share your details with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., courier services).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
